99 cent 3 month trial of hulu

I pay for Spotify premium every month, and I got an offer for 3 months of hulu for 99 cents, then after the 3 months hulu + spotify premium would be 12.99.

I wanted to take advantage of that offer, but when I try it says I don't have premium so I can't. What can I do?? I want this offer.
