$99 for One Year Offer

I am trying to renew my premium subscription for the $99 for one year offer that you emailed to me.  When I log in to try to do this, it shows me that my renewal will be $10 per month and there is nothing about the $99 special or that I will be saving the $20 by renewing in advance for one year.

I have a similar problem, I have signed up, been charged the annual  subcription, but my accont page still lists me as the monthly one, I want to make sure I won't get double charged.

Yes, I have the same problem.  I've paid the annual fee (£99 in the UK) but my account still shows I'll pay £9.99 in two days time.

To follow up I was not double charged and everything was okay.

I've checked my account and the renewal date is now December 2018.  So all is fine too!
