£99 offers for Premium member

Hi,

I already have a Spotify Premium account (£9.99) that was rewened on the 2nd of December. If I sign-up for the £99 account offer, will it starts on the 2nd of January? If not, Will i get reimburse the part of my current Premium subscription I already paid and which overlap with the offer?

Hi, I had a similar situation which I resolved by by chatting with support. The whole thing was dealt with very promptly and professionally.

The support agent cancelled this month's subscription which brought my status back to 'FREE'. (not ststus changes but no files or playlists are lost)

You are now able to start the new subscription

Check your status and see that you are now back to 'FULL' status.

The whole process should take only a few a minutes.

Contact them tomorrow as support is not open at present.
