Could you try sending another invite to that member using a different valid email address? If you're still having troubles, please let me know if they have joined a Premium for Family plan in the last 12 months.

I did it, I used other valid e-mail but didn´t work, too. 😞

I joined a Premium for Family just 3 months ago.

Thanks for trying those steps!
The reason you're not able to join this Premium for Family plan is that you've already joined one in the last 12 months. As stated here, it says "You can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months".

I think is hapening a misunderstanding here...

I just got at the first time this Premium for Family plan, then me, my wife and one of my daugther are using without problem, but my other daughter is having this problem...

I can put 6 people in this plan, 5 pleople plus me, and i don´t understand why just the account of one of my two daughters doesn´t work and the others 4 are working good.

Can you help in this issue?

No, my daughter have never previously joined a Premium for Family plan. It is the first time.

Is your daughter over the age of 13? Could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).

I having the same problem. You can´t join your own plan, it says when I try to invite my daughter. Both wife and another daughter are invited and it works fine.
