A problem with the P129.00 Premium package

Hello. I would like to ask, why I can't get this premium package of P129. I already tried it last month but still, the red notes always pop-up saying that there's something wrong. I don't know why it was happening because before I already avail this premium without any problems. I hope you response to this soon because Spotify is part of my daily life. Thank you.

That's odd. Maybe you can reach out to Support again and let them know that it still doesn't work.
