A year of Spotify premium doesn’t work

• I payed for a year of Spotify premium and it worked for 1 week and I was charged for around 145 dollars (15.000kr) but then Spotify premium doesn’t work and I have to pay for it again? Am I being ripped off here??

Welcome to the forums, I will do my best to help you get to the bottom of this!

When you signed up for the year subscription did you get any email confimation from Spotify for the payment amount (you may need to check your spam/junk folder for this)? If not it is possibe that your payment did not go through (for the year premium) and would be in the pending stage by your bank.

Could you take a look here and let me know what it says:

•  This one is your subscription page. Can you let me know if it shows 'free' or 'premium': https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription
• This second one is to your receipt's panel: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/
