My Question or Issue

I have tried for the past 2 weeks to redeem a 6mo free trial with my AT&T thanks gold member rewards but it always comes up as "something went wrong please try again". I havent ever been a premium member so i am not sure why i cant get this to work.

Could you try redeeming the offer using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't help, make sure that you're eligible for this offer:

• Have a valid code. Codes are emailed to AT&T Connected Car or AT&T THANKS customers and can only be redeemed once. 
• Be a brand new Spotify Premium customer. If you’ve tried Spotify Premium before you won’t be eligible this time. 
• Use a payment method that hasn’t previously been used to pay for Spotify Premium.

If you do have a valid code, haven't tried Spotify Premium in the past, and haven't used your payment method for any of Spotify's services, then attach a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to redeem this offer. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
