If you signed up for our 3 Month Free Trial Offer but still got charged, we'd suggest to check this support page and go through the relevant steps.

Keep in mind that unless you cancel your subscription within the trial period, it will automatically continue and you'll be charged the regular price for Premium. You can check the date you subscribed to on your receipts page or search your email inboxes for any previous emails from us.
