Abonnement Duo- issue with address

Hello, my partner and I (living under the same roof in Belgium) subscribed a Premium duo. But Spotify keeps telling us that we don't live at the same address (it says 'different countries'). That makes few days now and I am paying a duo for nothing. What can we do? Can you help us please? Thank you. Mathilde

Thanks for posting in the Community.


If you see this error message, it means that the member to be joining the subscription has a different country set up in his account. Here is how to make the country match the one of the manager account.
