Abonnement prit par erreur

Bonjour mon fils a acheter l'abonnement family pour 15€ sans mon avis. Suite à la résiliation de l'abonnement 30min après l'achat mes coordonnées bancaires son toujours inscrit. Comment annuler le prélèvement à la fin du mois ?
