About the family plan

I was kicked out from the family plan, so I dont understand why this situation happened to me. That is, we are using a same adrees.his is the second time. Could you tell me how to fix it? IF I CANT FIX IT, I WILL CANCEL.

Remember that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If that's the case, we recommend you clear the cache/cookies from your browser and try to accept the invite again.

Actually I’m sharing the family plan with 5 friends of mine, we live in a together. Then when we registered to the plan we used just one address.
However all of us got an e-mail saying Spotify can’t verify our account and they changed our account to free one despite we’ve already paid. It was our second time.
I don’t know why this situation happened to us twice. I need some help.
