About upgrade premium

I got a problem of payment.I use tap &go for my payment.I can't pay by my tap&go. I tried all plan and it still didint work. After that I tried on the student with premium it success log in with my tap &go card number,but I'm not tallying with it then I just cancelled it but why spotify took $29.9 form my account?? Anyone can tell my what that stupid thing is going on?

If you didn't complete the process of signing up for the discount, the payment should get back to you within a few days.

For now, you can try resubscribing to regular Premium here using a different payment method.
