That being said, and just to confirm, when you subscribed to Premium, did you apply for an offer? If yes, we'd like to add some insights. Keep in mind that it's expected that after the free period of Premium time is expired, the subscription is going to be renewed automatically, and you'll be charged accordingly.

 

Because of what you kindly mentioned, it seems the free time has expired and that is why the system charged you. In that sense, we'd suggest you cancel the subscription by following these steps, so you can avoid receiving any future charges.
