I have been charged for the premium version but unable to access its features and my account still says “free”. I’ve attempted all the basic troubleshooting, but still no updates. What’s the deal?

Thanks for trying all troubleshooting. Can you let me know what kinds of troubleshooting you’ve done, so I don’t repeat anything you did?
In the meantime, please also check your email that says ‘Welcome to Premium’, etc.
