Accidentally canceled subscription

Hello. 

I know this is kinda stupid, but i have accidentally canceled my premium subscription. I was trying to update my billing info. Is there a way to get it back?

Hey, @o_pth.

 

Right - I'm not sure which promo is this, since they vary from country to country, but generally they only work for users who have never subscribed do Premium before. You can double check it by clicking on the Terms and Conditions link somewhere in this plan's page.

 

You can also get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

 

There are a few ways to contact them.

Hey @o_pth, welcome to the community!

 

When we cancel our Premium plan, the account reverts to Free ad-based service after any remaining Premium time runs out.

 

Then you can just go and subscribe again.

Thanks @ , but I think that you didn't get the point.

I wan to stay subscribed. I had about a week left with my subscription. I didn't want to cancel it. I was trying to update my credit card info in order to buy the 5.99 euro 3-month plan.

What I am asking is if it is possible to somehow uncancel my subsciption?

I am from Czechia. 

To explain. On the picture that i have attached it says that you can get spotify Premium for 5.99 eur for 3 months. On the bottom of the picture there is a disclaimer that only people who didn't cancel their existing subscription before Apr 15 can access it. I would love to access it too. 

I was in the process of updating my credit card info whilst still having a valid premium subscription and (my bad) I managed to get my premium canceled. 

Is it please possible for me to get access to buy that? I thought that it could be accessible if my premium didn't get canceled.

I have the same problem. I accidentally cancelled my family premium when checking the email i received telling me i was just charged for the month. I dont understand why it quickly reverted to free when i just paid for the whole month. I messaged them in fb and waiting for their reply. Hope they reply soon coz my children are waiting too.

This not the case with us. When the cancel button was clicked, it automatically reverted to free Even when just a few minute ago i was charged for the whole month. Im so confused. And hurr. Spotify, why??? 😔😔😔

I I'm also going tru the same thing as you are and I canceled my 3 month plan and now I have to wait 3 months? Haha no

In this case, keep in mind that canceling your subscription means that the payment is not going to be taken automatically; therefore, once the time you have left is expired, your account is going to revert to free service.

 

Keep in mind that if you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for Premium on a recurring basis. You can resubscribe whenever you want, and you'll not be charged until the time you have left now has expired.

 

You can check the details of your subscription and account in your Account page.
