My Question or Issue

I accidentally changed my plan to Family, which I don't need and tried to change back to PRemium Individual. Instead I get the following message on a top red bar: The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support.

 

I know everything is fine with the card, so I don't understand what the problem is. I just want to change back.

Hello @shiromaru2d!

 

Thanks for reaching out. First, I'd recommend you try to cancel your Premium for Family subscription following these steps. You should then be able to purchase Premium Individual here.
