My Question or Issue

 I accidentally chose the family premium subsciption when I just wanted the regular premium. I need a refund and the subsciption switched

Hey @keving3, welcome to the community. 

 

Hope you’re doing great!

 

If you switch from the Premium for Family plan back to the regular Premium; you should only be charged on a certain date for the regular Premium. You won’t be charged twice, and you won’t “waste” any money. 

 

If you would still like a refund, you can get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.
