Accidentally logged out of premium and forgot password

My Question or Issue

 So I got my premium account back in December 2017 for 1 year. A few days ago I accidentally logged out of the account. I also forgot my password for the account so I couldn't log back in. Soon I was able to change my password and log in, but when I logged in it wasn't my premium account. It was just a free account. Is there any way for me to get this back to normal?

It sounds like you’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I recommend checking out the FAQ page ”Can I create multiple accounts?” here. There you can determine if you have a second account, and what steps to take next.
