My Question or Issue

 Hi, I'm confused in my subcription. I was extending my premium subscription 5 days ago then today I accidently change into premium for family. How to get back to my premium account without charging the family premium subscription?

@Intan,

 

You shouldn’t be chaged twice if you are switching to the Family Premium. Please do keep in mind that when you switch, you’ll usually be charged on a certain date.

I switch before my subscription end. And the end of premium family is 9/9/18.

It wasn't my renew date for premium neither premium family.

I'm confused. Please help.

Thanks for clarifying. In this case, I would cancel your subscription, then wait until your account reverts to free. 

 

After that happens, you can resubcribe to Premium following these steps: 

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
  3. Click GET PREMIUM.
  4. Enter your payment details and click START MY SPOTIFY PREMIUM.

That way, you’ll be able to subscribe to Regular Premium. 

 

Note: You’ll still have access to your Premium content until 9/9/18.
