Account Hacked and Changed to Family Premium, Mischarged, Loss of Student Discount

I was reviewing my credit statements and saw that Spotify charged my account $15 for a family account, a change that was not authorized by me. When I look through my account information regarding the family account, five names of people whom I have never met were listed as my family. I quickly changed the account status, deleted the "family members", and switched my account information. Hoping to get refunded for the hack and placed back on Student Status.
