Account Hijacked two months ago, individual plan upgraded to family plan without Knowledge

Hi all, It has just been brought to my attention that my Spotify account has been running as a family plan for approximately two months know without my or my mother's (she's paying for the account) consent. I was just wondering if there is anything you can do to refund part of the subscription (I have just cancelled the subscription as a means to remedy the situation. I would also like to mention that I have situations in the past where unauthorised users have accessed my account, however never a situation where they were able to change the plan.
