Hello. Today I paid for a premium account. By mistake I paid two times, $2,99 (student discount) and $0,99 (promotion price) but the app still run as free account. I checked my credit card and the payments were confirmed. Need help please.

Hi!

This would be an issue for Spotify since it does regard payment malfunctions.

 

The best option would be to contact Spotify's Staff.

 

You can get in touch with Spotify through this link:

https://support.spotify.com/ca-en/contact-spotify-anonymous/

(You will not need to log in to send the email)

They will give you an automatic reply and you must reply even if it says no-reply. 

You will usually get a reply back in around 24 hours.

It's also possible that you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
