My Question or Issue

Hello,

I started a free 30 days trial about 2 weeks ago but yesterday when i opened spotify i went to the login page.

After loging in to my account my premium trial was gone and so were all my playlists/recently heard songs.

Thinking i may have used a wrong email account i tried my other account but this has no account attached to it. Also loging in with facebook gives me the message no account is coupled to facebook.

Now i cannot use the premium trial anymore and all my playlist are lost. Can this be fixed ? Not sure i want to spend money on a service that just removes accounts like this.
