My Question or Issue

hi. I bought the Spotify Premium family plan. My card got debited but I did not receive premium.I got a message on the spotify page saying "Something went wrong". I've attached the screenshot. Tried relogging to my account too. I've attached screenshot of the text message saying my account was charged.
