Account disappeared - Card still charged.

Hi,

 

I’ve been on Spotify family for a few months but just recently tried to add my husband. I tried to login but apparently my username/email address is “not associated with any active Spotify account.” (I’m very sure it’s the right email/username.) I initially used Facebook to register but had no problem before this, just recently (have never deactivated my Facebook acc).

 

I don’t mind creating a new account but my card has been charged constantly for Premium Family. (?!!!) How do I cancel my “non-existent” account to make sure I’m not charged in the future before creating a new one?
