Account hacked, then fixed, now not working

Account hacked, then fixed, now not working

Need some help.  I have been a Spotify member for about 3 years.  I have had the premium plan for my family without complication or interruption.  Then 3 weeks ago, I get an email stating that I had changed my email...which I had not.  After hours on the chat line - which I can no longer find on the web - I was able to change my email back and all was normal.  Then yesterday, my account and my all of my family accounts were changed to the Free account and not our premium account.

 

Please help...I really don’t want to go to Apple - but the last month has been very troubling and frustrating.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. No worries though, I'll be here to help.

 

You can find the chat you were talking about here. Can you check if you currently have an active Premium for Family subscription? You can do that from your Spotify account page.
