Account is free but I'm paying a family subcriptions

Hi everyone,

I changed my phone today and connected my account on the app on the new phone. My account is "free". So I connected on my acccount va my computer. Same problem, the account is suddently free. But I checked and I'm paying 14.99€ a month ( last one was 3rd septembre ) for a family subcription. The 5 others people's accounts are alright.
I've been looking for help for an hour. Even call a number that costed me 2.99€ to hear that Spotify don't take any call and I have to check on the website. 
So my last solution is this forum that is not even in my own languages.
