Account not upgraded to premium

I bought premium plan for the first time. However, its been a day and my plan hasn't been upgraded. I tried logging out and then logging back in on my laptop but its still not working.

Can you check if there's a receipt for your purchase here? If there isn't, the payment was either unsuccessful or you subscribed on a different account than the one you're actually using 🙂
