Account premium doesn't work

Hi I live in Italy, one week ago I bought 3 months of Spotify premium for 0.99 using PlayStation music, I payed with ps store. Today I'm going to Spotify on my Android and it doesn't work in premium mode, it is in free mode, but if i click on be premium premium appear I'm premium and I can't upgrade. Why? On my ps4 work correctly but on my Android not work. My Id is santiz2000

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
