Have normally paid for premium off my card but I haven't had money in my account so instead I bought a card from Walmart and redeemed it and it seemed to work just fine and now it said the last payment didn't work help!?!?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
