I am attempting to activate a free Spotify Premium package I get through my phone provider. However, when I try to activate it, the systems says I already have Premium. I do not.

 

I'm on a free account, have no subscriptions on Spotify or iTunes, and have logged in and out of my phone and computer accounts. Sadly, no luck. I still can't activate my free package. 

 

I have previously had a free Premium Account through a different phone provider, but this expired months ago and I have been on the free package since . I've checked with this previous provider and they definitely cancelled my Premium.

 

Could you please advise me what might have gone wrong? How can I change the incorrect identification of my account of Premium when it is actually free?

Welcome to the Community!

 

Can you let me know a little more about what’s happening exactly (e.g. posting the exact error message or a screenshot of the error message?)

 

Also, can you please log into your account page and post a screenshot of the subscription section? Make sure to hide any private/sensitive info, if visible.

 

Lastly, I'd recommend making sure that you don't have any additional accounts.
