Account trouble

Hi guys! I pay for a premium account through my phone bill, my phone was reset and lost everything! I can't access my account at all using the email I had it was just saying I had a free account I dont know how to approach this issue, please help!!

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
