Action required: Don’t lose your Spotify Premium student discount

I got an email telling me I am going to lose my student discount next month unless I verify I am still a student. I clicked the "reverify now" button on the email and it sent me to my spotify account page. There is nothing on the page that lets me reverify my student status. I even searched and got a link directly to the verification tool. After verifying there it forwarded me back to my profile and still says my student discount will go away next month.

Any idea what I am supposed to do. I clicked the buttons and did got the verification tool on my own after it wasn't presented. It says I am still going to lose my discount any way to get this solved?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

About 4 weeks before expiration, you should receive an email with instructions on how to renew and re-verify your eligibility with SheerID.

Keep in mind that right now it's possible to use the student discount for up to 4 years and after that you wouldn't be able to apply it.
