Ad still pop up even though i already pay premium mini

I already paid for premium mini but ads still pop up, it didnt occur on my smartphone (not yet at least) but on windows spotify app ads still pop up, if someone wondering i alreadh sign in the app with the premium mini subscription

Thanks for reaching out.

Premium Mini is only supposed to work on mobile devices, so it's expected behaviour that you're seeing ads when using Spotify on a desktop device. 🙂

I have subscribed for premium mini but it only shows on app. When i login from spotify's web page, it shows that i'm using a free account and keep getting ads.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation.

Keep in mind that Premium mini will only show the Premium features when using the mobile app as @Maxim previously mentioned. So it's expected that the Web Player doesn't show an active subscription since it cannot be used on that platform.
