If you're a Free user who gets charged for Premium, i recommend you visit your account overview page, check your current subscription status and go through your receipts tab (left menu) to view any payment made.
In addition, you can use this help page to locate all active accounts listed with your details to eliminate the option of having a second upgraded account by mistake.
Then, if you've discovered any issues, you can cancel any unwanted subscription using the steps here at any time.
