Added Hulu to Spotify Premium Subscription, but cannot use Hulu giftcard

Hi,

I received a Hulu gift card and tired to redeem it on Hulu. I keep getting the error shown in attachment. "Sorry, we encountered an error. Please try again later."

Is there a fix or a work around available for me to use this and still redeem it?

Hey @jtran13 Welcome to the Spotify Community!

You wont be able to use your Hulu Gift Card to pay for the Bundle of both Spotify and Hulu. That is because Spotify is the one that is charging you for bundle of Premium and Hulu, so Hulu doesnt have control over the bundle. In order to use a gift card for that bundle it would have to be with Spotify.
