AddedPremium but it does not work

I added premium to my account through my wireless provider and I am still unable to use the app. It will not let me selct any of my songs or shuffle them or anything. How long does it take to get it activated and working?

Hey @Karen4321,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
