Adding a member to my family plan not working

I'm trying to add my brother (who lives in the same household, connected to the same wifi) to the family plan I signed up for. I have entered every iteration of our address to no avail, it keeps on telling me "You are unable to join this Family Plan." This has been driving us nuts for week. 

 

HELP!

Hey @Jaeh, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Could you try sending them another invite using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, try sending another invite using a different email address.

 

If you're still having issues - please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown so I can take a look (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
