My Question or Issue

I have spotify premium and I am being charged the regular $10 but then I am being charged an additional $5.95 for a bill pay fee.

Do you remember having another Spotify account (particularly a Spotify Premium Student account)? If you don't remember, you can use this guide to find additional accounts.

Can you also check your receipts page and let me know if you see a charge there for $5.95? You can also send me a screenshot of your receipts page so I can take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

When you check the $5.95 charge on your bank account statements, does it show as PENDING or has it been processed/posted to the account?
