My Question or Issue

I keep trying to confirm my address because it says I need it to redeem a gift card but it keeps saying its not valid. I've tried so many different ways and nothing is working. I would really appreciate some help on this, I don't want my $10 to go to waste.

Thanks for coming to the Community 🙂

You should be able to redeem a Gift Card without being required to confirm your address. Can you try redeeming the Gift Card in another browser and/or another device here?

If that also doesn't work, please send me a screenshot of the error message that you're seeing.
