Ads before podcasts even with spotify premium

I don’t think it’s a bug because I’ve seen other people complaining about this, is there a way to disable the ads?

Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience, however, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages. There’s more info about this here.

The ads run before the episode and totally interrupt the experience of listening to podcasts, if we are paying and still listening to ads this thing is a scam
