Ads on podcasts despite spotify premium

My Question or Issue

While watching podcasts the podcast will stop, the track switches to a ad that is not a part of the podcast. The product advertised then shows up in a little "recent ads" thing in the UI. This seems pretty against the fact that I pay for premium to not get advertised to. Is this a bug? Cause I take issue with  false advertising.

Spotify doesn’t play or include ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers. However, some podcast creators may include third-party advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages in their episodes.
