Adverts on Spotify Unlimited

Hi,

I am an Unlimited subscriber - have been for a good few years - and have just had an advert played to me whilst listening via a web browser.

Has the package suddenly changed??

Can you try to provide some info about the ad that you were seeing? A screenshot could be helpful, too.

Does it show up while playing any albums/playlist or maybe it just happens with a playlist in specific?

Does this only happen on the web player or across other devices as well?

Hi,

This only happened once today. It happened when listening to my Discover Weekly. I can’t remember what the advert was for I’m afraid, nor did I get a screen shot.

I was listening via the web browser on Chrome.

Please continue listening to that playlist until next Sunday (before it updates on Monday) and if you get the ad again, let me know if it happens at the middle or the end of a specific song.

Make sure to take a screenshot of the ad if you'll ever get one again.
