After 4 days it's saying I already used me free month for premium

I used my debit card to sign up for the free 30 day premium, After 4 days it's wouldn't let me do anything. I did your list and none of it worked so I took it off and downloaded it again and now it's saying, I can't apply for the special premium twice and was wanting my debit card info again. I tried 2 more times so now I can't even use my card..This is not right. It isn't even showing I ever had a premium and prepay either..I really need someone to fix this for me..thank you

Hey @Lori9163,

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Hey @Lori9163,
