After changing countries my card wont work

Hey,

So i moved countries from canada to australia for a working holiday and wanted to switch my payments over to card from austrailia. So i let my subscription run out and then i changed countries and zip codes in my account and tried to use the new card as payment and it keeps saying payment failed. Ive used this card lots online and its good to go for payments so i know its not from that end and ive tried entering it on my phone, now my laptop and i keep getting payment failed even in incognito mode. Can i get some help please?
