Hi! I changed my payment method today and it was issued a R$10,00 temporary payment. Although, the page stopped working and I couldn't see the result of the loading. My payment method was successfully changed, but I didn't get the refund to the temporary.
What should I do?

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

Without a receipt is highly unlikely the charge will stay, unless you paid a different account. In any case, you should contact customer support through this contact form. They'll help you sort things out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there. 🙂

It is still showing as charged 😕 and I didn't get any email receipt
Interesting fact is that I did the same procedure in my netflix account and it's showing as refunded.
Is this a bug? Should I wait more? What do you suggest?
