After unsuccessful payment via PayPal, PP subscribes Spotify but Premium is off

I tried to pay for Spotify Premium with PayPal several times today but every time I got error: "Nie udało się zrealizować płatności. Spróbuj ponownie albo użyj inne metody płatności. Poproś o pomoc" ("Unable to complete paymant. Please try again or chose different paymant method.")
I am paying with this PP account for Netflix so I am sure this is not problem with my card.

Spotify account and PP account are set to the same location (Poland).

I logged on PP and in 'active subscription' page there are 6 (!) active Spotify subscriptions. After logout and login on spotify I still have no premium service active.

Please contact support using this contact page and provide them with the PayPal invoice IDs from your active subscriptions.

This way, they'll take a closer look at the specific accounts and help you solve the issue.
