[All Platforms][Browse] Getting billed for free account

I get billed monthly for a free account. When I log in it offers me the chance to upgrade to premium. The ONE I ALREADY PAY FOR. There’s no way to contact support. Instead I have to use my time for the COMMUNITY. Yet SPOTIFY is the one that should help please. I know my email and I know my password. However the account says it’s FREE. My bank account says otherwise and hubby is getting a little frisky.

If you're getting billed while using a free Spotify account it's possible that you have a Premium account as well. 

 

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons and if you're logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see Premium features. Be sure to try all these steps to find all possible accounts.
