All of a sudden not a premium member anymore

Hello,

So I have been a premium member for two years (for 9,99euro) but all of a sudden I am no longer a premium member. I did not change anything nor did I cancel my membership. All of a sudden, I have to listen to **bleep**ty ads and stuff. I did not receive any email notifying me of this change or what would be the logic behind this. And in the settings of my account, I cannot find any information to help clarify what is wrong. 

Can someone help me sort this out? Spotify has failed to properly sync my account before, in which I lost a lot of my music at first, and today I had to reconnect it through Facebook again for some unknown reason, I had regressed to my old account (which is weird because I deleted that..) but my premium membership is still not there.

I hope someone can help me.

Same here. I am living in Portugal now (normally the Netherlands) and I am here already for 2 months, now spotify suddenly asked me if I had a nice holiday as I was longer then 2 weeks outside the Netherlands, now I dont have any premium anymore? I still have the same account, but no premium anymore.. I am scared to go premium again to pay double.

Thanks for your message! Interesting, I have been living in the UK and in NL so perhaps Spotify is all of a sudden country based??.. and does not understand people can be abroad and still want to make use of the same service?.. If that is the case it really is not adapted to these times... free service accessible everywhere but premium not.. het moet niet gekker worden 😉

Very strange isnt it? Exactly, hopefully somebody can help us out. I dont mind paying again and get the premium again but I first wanna know what the problem is. Het moet inderdaad niet gekker worden. Hahaha.
