Already a premium user, but spotify say that I'm not!

Already a premium user, but spotify say that I'm not!

Why is my account suddenly the "free" version when I'm paying for "Premium"? All my playlists and music is gone if I can't get in to my Premium version. I'm able to log in and get access to a free version but after I deleted the app (because it was acting up) and logged on again, I cant get access to my music. How to fix this?

That's not cool! Are you sure you're logged in to the right account? You might have more than one account? Here are some steps that might be useful here. Let me know how you get on! 🙂
